I have a client setup as a trial which is expiring in 7 days. I mistakenly bought a new license resulting in getting a new key. Is it possible to change the license key to reflect the new purchased license ?

Yes, you can click change license key in the dashboard and change it. But that doesn't apply to hosted - you need to open a case with 3CX support.
