Change Of License - PRO to SMB

There was a post about this last year, but the information seems incorrect.

i.e. "You can contact CSR team in the live chat in our main page (scroll to the very bottom) and ask for all the steps"

However there is no live Chat.

How to you change the License from PRO to SMB in the On Premise software.

The on-premise PRO installation and the SMB are different products therefore the PRO license cannot be reverted to SMB.
You may contact with our CSR Team to get further clarification on our products and licensing from here.

Then were is the download and user instructions for this SMB On Premise?

I requested that, but got served up the PRO version.
