Change other user status from 3cx app for windows

Hello,

Can someone please tell me how to change other user's statuses from the 3cx app for windows in the switchboard view?
I have the user set up as a receptionist with the correct permissions but cant see how to do it.
When I log in using the Desktop App I can change other's statuses but not if I use the 3cx app for windows. Should I be able to do it from the 3cx app for windows as well as the desktop app?

Yes you can do this. Switch to Manager and click on the queue you want to manage. Than rightclick the user you want to switch status.

Thanks for this but I think what you are showing in logging agents in and out of queues.
I want to be able to change the status of other users - eg available, away, do not disturb etc.

We have several tools that allow managers to update the presence status of the agents they manage. Take a look at our tools.
