Solved Change Public IP address

Hello,
I need to change the Public IP/FQDN IP on our 3CX server due to an Internal Network change. Internal IP and FQDN will remain the same. We are running the latest version of Debian 3CX with Pro License.

Is this correct:
1. Settings > Network > Enter your Public IP = New IP
2. Click ok and reboot
4. Add new IP to External DNS for address resolution.
3. Done.

I thought I may need to change something in the Customer Portal but it doesnt seem to allow change Public IP?

Am I missing anything? Hoping someone can tell me the correct procedure as I cannot find any information on this.

Since you mention 'Add New IP to External DNS' I assume this is a custom FQDN and not a 3CX FQDN? Is there something not working? Otherwise you should be fine with those steps.

Hi Cobaltit, thanks, yes custom FQDN and is hosted/Managed by us for external resolution.

Everything is working perfectly, love 3CX, this is just a Network Subnet change my end as I am upgrading to a new firewall, 3CX was my only concern if I was missing something in my steps with this change especially licensing side.

nothing to do on 3CX license side, once Public IP is changed and DNS propagation done, you are done
