change queue music

is there a way to change onhold music for all queue's at once

i mean without going to each queue one by one

we have about 100 queu's

If it's still working, you can try to upload the same name file, this will be replace the old one, and you have nothing to change.

this does not seem to work,
when i change the prompt on settings > on hold music > music file 0
onhold_low.wav witch is the default.
Nothing will change even if i use the same name onhold_low.wav

also somewhere hidden in de 3cx program folder you will find onhold_low.wav but replacing this file will also do nothing.

i did not restart the 3cx services (running on windows server 2019)

Changing that will not change it for the queues. Queues need to be done individually one by one.

To achieve what you want you must have had created a playlist, assign the playlist to all the queues, and then go and change the audio files in the playlist (which should reflect on all queues)

If you need to do it anyway for many queues, you might as well build your playlist now and it will also help you in the future the next time you want to make a mass change
