Change Tunnel Port / Reinstall

On-premise 3CX Version 20.0 Update 4 (Build 487 Release) / Debian 12

We were purchased by another company and had to migrate to their network infrastructure. In the process, they claimed the 3CX Tunnel port (tcp/udp 5090) and won't give it back so our 3CX App is no longer working to make/receive calls or change presence (seems to work otherwise). From my understanding, the only way to change the tunnel port is to reinstall.

Does anyone have a procedure to perform an in-place reinstall? I don't really want to go through the long arduous process of standing up another server (caused by our company's own internal auditing and procedures).

Not an official recommendation, in Admin > Advanced > Parameters try adding TNL_CLIENT_LISTEN_PORT with the new port, then restart all services.

OMG... that would be lovely. I'll give it a shot. Will I need to reprovision the accounts on the mobile app after changing this and creating the port forwarding?

Arg... just trying this now. When I try to add TNL_CLIENT_LISTEN_PORT, it tells me Value already in use with the parameter name highlighted. It doesn't seem to exist in the list of parameters however. Maybe hidden?

OK. Understood. Then my first question remains... is there a process to reinstall on the same server?
I've seen references to apt-get purge 3cxpbxpkg then apt-get install 3cxpbxpkg or \usr\sbin\3CXCleanup then \usr\sbin\3CXWizard ?

Alternatively, if I absolutely have to stand up another server, can I just update the TunnelPort in the SetupConfig.xml and then restore from backup?

Just spinup a new vm from the 3cx iso. The wizard starts and you can restore your backup and change the ports to something else.
