Change voice message when transfer (does not work for me)

Hi, i have followed this thread

but when i select the "Empty.wav" nothing happen!
What's wrong?

The file is renamed back to the original file so it will be PLSHOLD . Restart the 3CX services.

Also in 15.5 SP5, this message has been removed so you no longer have to replace it
