Changing softkey in dialling mode via phone template

We changed the Send button to GPickup in the version 14 template as below, we do exactly the same after upgrading to Ver 15.5 and it does not work, any ideas where to start looking would be appreciated.


phone_setting.custom_softkey_enable = 1

And

custom_softkey_dialing.url = http://192.168.1.230:5000/provisioning/n91d4zszr9/dialing.xml

then adding the dialing.xml to the provisioning folder
