I have just configured 3CX Live Chat on my WordPress site (via the script, not the plugin). All is working well, with one important exception (a showstopper for me).
I want to show just the closed chat bubble on page load. However, on mobile, the chat window is automatically opening, on every page load. This pretty much fills the screen on mobile, on every page, which is the last thing I want.
Curiously, this does not occur on desktop, where the bubble is displayed but the chat window is not automatically opened.
It's a frustrating experience on mobile. How can I configure this to ensure that the chat window does not automatically open on mobile?
