Chat and Talk - popout without callbutton

Hi,
for testing purposes we have implemented the Chat and Talk function in our website. https://www.thieken.com/referenz/edeka-honsel-holsterhausen-08-2019
It is configured to a call queue. The domains are in the Wordpress settings. The popout windows will open but there is no call button visible. You can see in the html code allow-call and allow-video are set to true.

On a test website in Wordpress everything is working like expected.

Hi there,
it looks like it is not possible to use the talk feature with a call queue, chat is working at all. I changed it to an extension and it works like expected.

Hello @KTausD ,

If you want in a queue setup to have the call functionality as soon as the chat window opens, then you have to configure the "Mode" to be "chat and phone - ignore queue ownership"

If you have selected the option chat and phone, then an agent in the queue should take the ownership of the conversation, in order to show the call button.
