Chat box - how to change operator image with HTML code snippet

Hi all,
We implemented chatbox with HTML code snippet because with the wordpress plugin we cannot change the position of button.
We have an another operator image on settings but at the first glance the chat box always shows the woman image on chatbox.

How can I change that image on HTML snippet?

you can change the operator image in the chat box by using HTML code snippets. Make sure you have the image URL ready. Here's a basic example of how to do it:
