Hello, i keep getting the chatbox pop up on my site with popup disabled and cache cleared, any ideas?

Disabled Pop-up only when agents are online

The popup always popups except if that option is enabled and no agents are online. If agents are online, it will pop.

Hi @Levaz,

There should not be a popup if you've set the Automatic Chatbox Pop-Up to Disabled. Can you tell us what the pop-up prompt is saying? Is it an offline chat pop-up or is it prompting you for your name / email (dependant on what you selected under General Settings)?
