Chat bubble not expanding on mobile

Hi Folks,

I have been using the chat client on our website for a few days now. I am using it in a slightly different way (maybe a good idea to integrate some of the features I am having to create myself) We don't want the live chat bubble or chatbox open at all times on our website, only when they click on a "speak to human" button. Once a user does this it will open the chatbox to allow them to speak with us.

** Edit - I am achieving this by giving the chat a style value of display: none; then removing this when the user clicks the 'speak to human' button **

On Desktop, the chatbox opens perfectly (not minimized) but on mobile, it always opens the chat bubble which forces the user to click again on the chat bubble to get the chat box to open.

Load minimized is not clicked.

Is there anything I can change manually in the files on WordPress to open on mobile always expanded?

On mobile mode we force the chat bubble be shown as minimized. This might be a reason that it misbehaves?

Okay, how do I stop the chat bubble loading minimized? I assume its in the plugin JS?

You are correct. The logic is packed on JS. You cannot overwrite it.

I assume the relevant JS is in callus.js? I've had a quick scan through and it looks pretty straight forward. It looks like the JS checks if it is on a desktop and depending on the bool response it changes attributes.

So, are you saying that I cannot overwrite it as it is impossible i.e refreshing local files from a server / running some sort of auth to check for code that has been manually manipulated or are you saying I am not allowed to?

Either way, is there any other (easier) way of getting around this? I have tried to just use an onClick event to click the bubble automatically but that doesn't work on mobile.
