chat bubble not showing

Hi everyone,

we have an issue with the chat bubble.
We have added the HTML code to our staging website to test the system and teach our staff.
All of that worked perfectly fine.

Since we are now ready to go, we added the same code to our live website and the bubble isn't showing anymore.

We have changed the URL under Admin> Voice & Chat > Your website
I have copied the URL direcly from our website to make sure that it is correct.

Any idea why the chat bubble is still showing on our staging website but not on our live website?
