Chat icon on our website is not responsive on customer mobile device

Hi there!!!
We are currently using the 3cx chat plugin for wordpress (click2talk function). The problem is that the chat icon on our website is not responsive when our customers use their mobile devices to visit our website. On mobile view, the chat icon is shown but has no function (looks and behaves static). Though, it is fully responsive if customers visit our website from their pc.

Any help will be appreciated... Thanks in advance!!!

Thank you for your feedback. Indeed currently on mobile devices, the chat functionality is not rendered in a responsive way.
