This works fine in the mobile client and certainly works fine in every chat system, commercial, free or whatever, for decades.
But not in 3CX Desktop App and has brought frustration to managers.
Busy people sometimes write long chat text, pending some information, they "pop" to another user to say something quick (reply) or find the information they need.
Well if you do that in 3CX Desktop App, the half written unsent text is LOST!
This is so basic chat functionality, that can only be listed as a bug.
