Solved Chat issue after installation

HI!
I installed the plugin on WordPress, I put the link inside the plugin and everything seems to work.
but it only works when I'm logged into WordPress, while after logging out the icon is not visible.
I browse the site with other computers and the icon is not visible.
I go back into the wordpress backend and the icon appears and everything works.

Did you configure the live chat in all your web pages?

i found is "wp rocket" that block it.

i disable it.... or maybe you know how i should change in wp rocket configuration?

This is not something related with 3CX Chat as this s a caching plugin. Since this wp plugin was interfere with the 3CX plugin you will need to check the documentation of this plugin for further clarification.

but where are the conversations stored? on 3cx app? or even in wordpress?

The chat are stored in the PBX, under Dashboard<<Reporting<<Chat logs
