Chat issues

Hello,

We have been experiencing issues using the chat in web client as well windows app, the experiencing issues are the following:

- Unable to open a new chat
- Unable to send a message on an existing chat
- Delay sending messages

Getting the following errors: (ports are open and this issue randomly happens)

As a first step, I would like to ask you to upgrade your 3CX to V18.
