Chat links Click2Talk are not responsive (mobile friendly)

Hello, this is not exactly WP related, but Chat related.
We are trying to drop our existing chat system since we are selling 3CX, makes sense we use 3CX chat.
But have had trouble from people starting the chats from their mobiles.

We have embedded the Click2Talk URL for extensions or queues everywhere, from email signatures to PDFs.

it is now a fact that everyone checks almost everything on their phones.
The chat window behaves terrible on the mobile devices, you need to pinch and zoom in, out, locate the text area then locate the buttons etc.

Any chance this gets updated? it's a simple HTML fix.

The latest released version has good mobile support. We're also releasing an update soon that contains mobile experience improvements.

The WP plugin does Work better.

But we are using the click2talk links to initiate the chat. We embedded the link on pdf and system trays on client PCs toorovjde them with a quick way to chat with support orsome
Other staff member.
