Chat notifications in Chrome

In V15.5, when on another tab than 3CX in Chrome, chat notifications do not appear. Is it the same in V16 ? That's a big problem since users are often on other tabs, and are missing chats. Is there any solution for this, except installing the windows client whose icon changes color ? Thanks in advance for your feedback !

In V16 you get notifications even if you are on another tab
