1. when I press the magnifying glass on the keyboard (search) I can see all my IVR numbers and call groups. are you sure this is necessary?
2. in the chat, phone numbers are not active links. if someone writes to me in the chat "call +74951234455" i can't just click on it and call. you can't copy and paste just the number either. only the entire message.
3. it has long been impossible to change the sound of the chat message. Users Are already crying from this. they want to hear whether it's an urgent work message in a 3cx chat or something personal in another messenger.

SMS Chat should also auto add +1 to a phone number if needed. NONE of my contacts have a +1 in front of them and its stupid to ask. Maybe if some 3cx customers are in a different country you could add a setup "Auto Add dial string: ???" to every chat IF it doesn't exist.

Currently, all clients are prompting you to edit the SMS number in case it doesn't starts with "+". However, the case you described is a valid one and we'll discuss it - thanks for feedback!

It should do it automatically with the E164 Normalization in V18, right? It doesn't right now.
