If you’ve been making use of the latest live chat, Facebook and SMS messaging integration, this Beta update will be a welcome addition. We’ve made numerous improvements for a smoother chat experience including chat button optimizations and fixed display of extension name.
Improved contact discovery
Dialer search results now filter out any contacts without a number so users can more easily find who they are looking for. In SMS, we’ve added the ability to search for contacts by company name and excluded results where contacts have eMail only.
Optional integration with iOS Recents list
For a more unified, fluid experience, the app is integrated with iOS Recents list so that users can quickly go to the native call app and view recent 3CX calls without opening the app. This is now optional and can be disabled in the settings.
Other fixes & improvements
- Fixed bridge ID appearing as extension prefix on chat participant details.
- Fixed input fields not working properly on Chinese and Japanese keyboards.
- Fixed call answering failing sometimes.
- Fixed potential crash when app is terminated.
