Chat session not found please try again

i am getting this message "Chat session not found please try again." even the agent is online.

please help me with this.

First, have you checked the Live Chat configuration guide?
Make sure you have entered the https:// link in the configuration.

Also can you try accessing your website using HTTPS?

i am using wordpress plugin, and i don't have SSL certificate (is this is causing the error)
