Hi 3CX Team,

I would like to suggest adding an @mention feature in group chats.

Currently, in larger group chats, it is difficult to address specific team members directly or get their attention without sending them a separate private message. Adding @mentions (e.g., @Username) to notify specific participants would significantly improve team collaboration, message clarity, and overall productivity within the 3CX chat interface.

This is a standard feature in most business messaging tools, and having it in 3CX would make group communication much more efficient.
