Choose how logs are generated

Hello Guys,

What is the difference here.

1. Single file for all calls
2. Separate files for each call
3. 3CX CDR service is server / Passive Socket
4. 3CX CDR service is client / Active Socket

The option I selected (Separate files for each call) shows me data the way I see it in the image and even for calls where I get a switched off notification. It comes out as an answered call

I would prefer that it be grouped as an unanswered call once the customer did not pick that call. I use a GoIP gateway in case that should be a consideration.

I think there might bit a little confusion here. CDR logs are not visible from the Management Console.
