Have question to those who use SBC in remote sites' internal network
I have 5 sites connencted via IPSEC VPN. Just one of them has SBC installed on their local network. None of them are complaining. Except 1 site, where SBC was installed. This site always complained about choppy and squizzed voice while on call (internal and external). After installing SBC internal calls quality became more better. But external callls still are choppy and squizzed,
While investigating I found that SBC traffic towards to 3CX server (over tcp/usp 5090) are all abot a bit less that 1GB.
Is that normal for SBC-3CX traffic exchange? I mean weight...

Take a look at screen-pic. Almost every data sent to 3CX server from SBC ar all a bit more or less 650MB.
650 MB!!!! Is that normal?

And additional question...
How do u guys troubleshoot choppy/squizzed sound

ps: I have a call record, where I can show call quality for this moment....

SBCs should have voice traffic during calls (depends on codec, but small) and otherwise status updates like BLF. They shouldn’t have large amounts of ongoing traffic.

I rebooted SBC, and now I have 3 MB maximum traffic. Most of data iare about 100-250 KB
Strange.... I didn;t know I should restart SNC sometimes...
But I don't know if helps me to fix my isse....

Well you're not supposed to have to do that. We have some that haven't restarted in years, I think. It must have been in some strange state.
