Chrome extension not stealing focus on incoming call

A few Win10 users are not having the incoming call window come to the front on an incoming call and are reverting to the installed app. How do I control the focus behaviour please?

For those users, ensure they are using the latest version of Chrome

Then click the 3 dots and select "Options" on the top right of Chrome where the plugins are located:


Then check the 3rd option "Allow call pop-up..." is enabled

Thanks John; does that mean the lack of buttons issue is now solved? Seemed to be tied up with the focus issue too.

Hello,

I think those were separate issues, but run your tests as per above and let me know of the outcome.

The fixes were expected to come as a Chrome patch rather than a 3CX patch.
