Solved Chrome extensions slows down chrome while active call

Hi there,

as a linux user with no native client, i use the chrome extension almost like it came out and never had a real issue.

Since about 2 month i experience very poor performance within chrome while i'm on an call in the webclient.
Scrolling in a tab or even selecting a tab is insane slow ...
Using any other application at the same time is ok, just chrome is affected.

OS is Fedora32/x86_64, Chrome is 86.0.4240.75
I do not have this issue on my Mac with MacOS Catalina and the most recent Chrome :-/

Hi Sebastian,

We do not test or support the client on Linux specifically, but the main idea is that is should work on all platforms if its written for chrome.

You might wanna try a different Linux disto for your desktop and compare, but when I gave it a quick go, Fedora 32 did not perform well on my test VM (choppy audio across the board). The extension and Chrome did work fine though, choppy audio aside
