Hey all,
I have read about this topic that unfortunately 3cx cannot route calls based both on DID and a CID rule.
I was just wondering if anything has changed?
The task I want to accomplish is something like this:
1. If a call is made to some DID (ex. +12345678):
a. If the number calling has +44* country code -> route it to extension 101
b. If the number calling has +32* country code -> route it to extension 102
1. If a call is made to some other DID (ex. +12121212):
a. If the number calling has +44* country code -> route it to extension 201
b. If the number calling has +32* country code -> route it to extension 202
My current idea on how to do this is to put the DIDs in separate trunks and then do CID rules on those trunks.
Is this the current available method?
Is this the recommended way of doing this?
Is there any "simpler" way to do this?
Thanks all in advance.
Cheers
