We have a several businesses who have a remote Barrier on GSM. This calls the main number and a CID rule points the call to a destination. On V20 however I can't seem to find how to set a CID dependent inbound rule so that the call bypasses the Digital Receptionist and or out of office settings etc. on V18 it was in the inbound rules part, i just cant seem to find the equivalent area on V20.
Where should I be looking to get this working?
