It's not in the list of supported devices.
But integration via SIP always works. I assume you don't have many 3937, so a manual SIP-integration (without provisioning) probably is fine. You have test, what of the more advanced features you need are working and tune your settings.
I myself have no experience with the 3937.

Search Asterisk forums to check whether cisco 3937 can be used with Asterisk systems and how. If answer is positive, most probably you will be able to use it with 3CX too.
