I have a completely flat LAN, just using this free version to test.
My PBX is running on 10.1.0.11, and I have static DHCP entries to all the phones and so fourth. I have a Cisco 7940, Nortel 1140e, and a Grandstream 2120xp. I have issues with the Cisco and Nortel phones, but I want to focus on the Cisco phone because it was working perfectly all day yesterday, and then this morning, nothing.
I am just trying to dial out, or dial my voicemail number, and both result in a fast busy. I made no changes to its extension, and I was talking with people on it over the last day or two. Then when I started focusing on the Nortel phone, I noticed my Cisco phone wasn't working at all. I haven't made any changes to the PBX with respect to the Nortel phone because the issues aren't with the PBX, they are with the phone and it's re-registration (or inability to do that).
I started looking into the log and here's what I found:

Now, knowing I didn't make any changes to the extension, (the set is now registering on 55, previously it was on 51, and the calls to extension 99 are to VM) I thought this was very perplexing. Especially because I didn't change the username or password on either the 3cx Console, or the configuration file the set pulls from TFTP. So I thought, Ok, since all my other phones get internal calls (at least the Nortel one does within the first 30 minutes of registration), and I can call out which I can't do on this set, the issue must be this extension, so I deleted it, and rebuilt it. Same problem. I abandoned the extension 51 and built it to extension 55, and I get a slightly different response, which I posted above (previously I was only getting the CM102001 error).
I'm at my wits end here. I am running version 11 and everything is up to date. Does anyone have any suggestions?
