Cisco 7961 Freezing after Transfer (All Devices, V14)

Since upgrading to V14, attended transfers cause the "transferer's" phone to hang after the transfer. Flow:

Behavior: A Calls B, B answers, presses transfer, dials, C. C Answers, B presses transfer. A is connected to C, but A is still on hold on B's phone. B has to then reselect the line they just transferred (push the BLF button) and then end the call.

Expected Behavior: After B transfers the call, the call should drop from B's phone.

All phones are on 3cx recommended firmware. Softphones, and Polycom conference phones transfer fine.

I have changed re-invite header, replaces header, and tried PBX delivers audio, no joy. We are going to get some new phones for the first responders, but would rather not have to replace the other 80 phones. The other option is rolling back to V13.

Hi there,
Please upgrade your phone system to latest service pack if that's not already the case and ensure that all cisco phone templates are up-to-date through the Updates node, as there have been some changes on the cisco 79x templates related to transfer issues. Then edit your extension, don't make any change, just validate. Finally, reset and reprovision your phone so that it takes its new configuration file and let us know of the outcome.
