Cisco SPA Provisioning

Hello,

we recently upgraded 3CX phone system from v11 to v14SP2 and now all my phones are "UNPROVISIONED".

We have Cisco SPA502G phones and we use custom templates for provisioning.

Can anyone tell me, what do I need to change in my template, so the status will be shown correctly.

hi. see iport on v11 and iport on v14 changes when you programing ip phones.

I figured it out. I just needed to add marked text in the template and now the MAC address is shown in the 3CX management Phones.
