cisco spa112 not working after 15.6 update

I cannot get the cisco spa112 to work consistently after the update. I can get it to register and it will turn green, but then will randomly unregister and stop working. it worked great before the update. I have two and they are both acting the same way. Any advice?

Think I got it now. I ended up deleting the extensions and creating new ones. They have been up for an hour now. I'll post back if they unregister again
