I have an older Elastix PBX server running fine for years. We're about to upgrade to 3CX Enterprise but for the time being I'm sticking with the Elastix server as is. We've had a few employees move around the office and I cannot seem to get the phones (Cisco SPA504G) to accept the new extensions they're needing. The users can make internal and outbound calls but when anyone internally calls the new extensions the calls go directly to vmail.

The phones are accessible through their built-in web interface using the phone's IP address and all looks well there. I changed the Display Names and that works. Just can't get any incoming calls to go to the new extension numbers instead of straight to voice-mail. I've made what I believe is the correct entries in extensions.additional.conf where all the other extensions are listed and restarted Asterisk service but so far nothing is working right.

Hi, please note that Elastix is and End of Life product.

If you are running the 3CX, these phones EOL too must be configured in the same PBX LAN as shown in this document

Also please post in the correct forum category since you have posted using the SMB forum
