Is there any way to acieve the same effect as the ClicktoCall.exe file in the old endoflife v.16 3CX Client?

I can't find anything like this. I need this though so when i Lock my Computer the Status will be set absent.

The 3CX Click2Call is a browser extension that enables telephone numbers on any webpage or CRM system to be ‘hyperlinked’ allowing a simple click to initiate the call instead of copying and pasting.

Status (Available, Away, Do Not Disturb) can be set in the web client or the mobile app.
