Click To call from own CRM

Hi!

Is it possible to execute a Click to Call functions like the 3CX chrome extension does in our own (not default supported) CRM? Like calling a HTTP command to call a number?

The click to call extensions work with any web site. So if your CRM is web based, you can use the extensions as well.

If your CRM is not web based, you can launch an URL to open the Web Client, ready to start the call, for example:
https://3CX_FQDN:5001/webclient/#/call?phone=1234567890

This is what i was looking for, thanks! Is it also possible to execute it? so clicking the link not only sets the phonenumber but also executes/start the call?

No, you will need to click on the "Call" button to start the call.
