Click To Call only on tel

On our intranet page we have a lot of numbers that 3CX interprets as phone number, therefor converting them to a clickable link. In the options of the web extension we can disable this automatic conversion. However, we also have real phone numbers on our intranet pages which are encoded in the html code with the "tel:" protocol. Is there a way to disable the phone number conversion but have the 3CX web-extension be interpreted as the default program for "tel:" actions? (Windows environment)

The web extension does not handle tel: links at the moment so this will not be possible.
The Windows client can be used instead if you have this specific requirement, which can handle tel: protocol. And by handle, I mean that Chrome can recognize it as an app that can handle tel:

Disabling automatic conversion is a separate matter and can be done globally, or you can define specific URLs
