Click2Call not working as expected

Hi there,
I've tried setting up click2call in both chrome and edge. Works fine in edge when I configure the plugin to use the webclient, doesn't react when configured to use the desktop app. No reaction when using chrome at all.
Am I missing something?

Probably need to set the tel: and tcxapp: protocol to the DesktopApp in Windows.
