we've been testing 3cx for some months and lately started using it more frequently.
But we have problems using click2call from the Webclient, the 3cx Windows App and the Chrome Plugin.
We have Snom 320 phones and 3cx running on our own server (on the Internet), Product Standard Annual, Version Number 15.5.0.
Phones are in various offices behind DSL-routers.
I'd like to click on a phone number on a website and have my desk phone to dial. Phone and PC are on the same network.
Seems to work at first sight, phone displays "Calling" in the first line and "+49172...." in the second line, but then it hangs and nothing happens.
I was looking at logs, checked various settings on the phone etc, incl. "Use hidden Tags" etc.
I tested another chrome plugin ("Click2Dial Snom") and that works. But I'd like to be able to use the webclient, too. Seems like I can't create conferences using the webclient as well. I have the feeling this is all related, but can't figure out what button to flip.
Any suggestions or where should I start looking around?
