I installed and configured the live tchat between wordpress and 3cx.

The Clic2Talk URL is working from my computer (not hosting wordpress) and I can talk with the 3cx users.
The Clic2Talk URL is not working from the linux server (hosting wordpress). I attached a picture to show it;

From the wordpress website the tchat bubble is showing a white forbiden logo because of that (I think).

Do you have an idea why is this happening ?

There are a few things I'd need to know before I can help:
  1. What version of linux are you running (e.g.: Ubuntu, Debian, RedHat, Majaro etc),
  2. Does the server have a GUI installed (e.g.: Gnome, KDE, Xfce etc),
  3. Are you logged in to the server as root when running the test,
  4. When you use the Clic2Talk URL on your computer, are you connected to the Wordpress site hosted on the linux server (I don't mean to be rude with this question but I've know people to make that exact mistake i.e. connecting to a different Worpress installation from the one they're testing)
It's worth remembering that some linux servers will not let the root user perform certain tasks due to the security implications of doing so but those same things can be done by a non-root user on the server.
