ClicktoCall extension prevents from opening link in Salesforce Lightning interface

Hi there,

We have all our Salesforce users using the ClicktoCall extension. However, it seems that in Salesforce Lightning interface the 3CX code is being injected for numbers that are links to other pages (like orders, cases, project number) which prevents users from accessing them. All they get is 3CX app ready to dial them. Any way we can stop 3CX from "covering" existing web links?

Can you test the trick to register a tel: protocol handler as discussed at https://www.3cx.com/community/threa...ebclient-without-click2call-extension.120153/ Turn off the Click2Call extension.
