Client asking for 1 missing feature

Hello, in upgrading an old Nortel phone system to 3CX, everything is great but they want a simple feature.

Currently all phone are in a ring group, they all ring at the same time.

They want to be able with phone A to pick up a call, put it on hold, shout to the proper person so they can pick it up from Phone B or C. Without transfering the call to an extension.

It sounds like you're looking for Shared Parking. (hold keeps the call on your extension)

Unfortunately, the Nortel system was probably a glorified key system, where the (outside) line appearances showed up on all sets. As the SIP sets are most likely different extensions, in a ring group, there are going to have to be some digits dialed, to retrieve a parked call

but you may also need to consider the Queue calls so callers can wait in the queue until an agent is available and pick up the call.
