Client behind pfSense-Firewall cannot be called, which Port?

Hi,

we have a hosted 3CX -System (11.0.28976.8) with a Fritzbox 7270-er which host some DECT-Handsets being used as VoIP-Devices.

Now we have installed a pfSense-Firewall. All the ports are blocked from outside. --> we can give a call to an external number however we cannot be called.

Could somebody tell me which ports must be opened to be callable?

STUN is of course active in the Router and all the clients are registered in the 3CX-management WebGUI.
