We've been reviewing the updated 3CX hardware recommendations document (https://www.3cx.com/docs/recommended-hardware-specifications-for-3cx/) and have a question regarding the cloud server specifications.
We noticed that the recommended cloud server model is the same for both small and medium sized deployments in terms of the number of extensions. For example, both small and medium extension counts recommend the AWS EC2 t3.medium instance (2 Cores, 4GB memory).

Could you please clarify why the same instance type is recommended for both sizes? We would appreciate any insights into the reasoning behind this recommendation.
