CM.COM (NL) not available when adding a SIP Trunk

Hi all,

CM.COM does not show up when adding a SIP Trunk in the System Management?
When I follow the setup guide on https://www.3cx.com/docs/cm-com-sip-trunk/ , CM.COM should be available.

What am I missing?

Your 3CX is probably a "Hosted by 3CX", in which not all SIP Trunk providers are supported:
