Code in outgoing calls

Hello from me and I'm new in the field of VOIP.
I setup a little 3cx server to be able to communicate from my work to home and vice versa.
The center has 3 phones.
I've gotten 3 spa 303 cisco phones and I'll like to buy a 3102 so I can put and external - internal calls to 3cx. My question is how do I set my request code for the outgoing calls; I do not know the interface of the 3102 and if there is a option for that and before i buy it i'll like your help.

Issue of 3cx is the free ver. 3CX Phone System v9.0.15781.949

What do you mean "request code"? The 3102 would be added to 3CX as a trunk and you would create outbound rules, within 3CX , based on your PSTN calling area requirements.
