Code Snippet for integrating to Non-Wordpress Pages

My site includes both standard Wordpress pages and dynamic pages. The chat bot is working nicely on the Wordpress pages but does not appear on the dynamic pages even though the wp-footer tag has been included. Can you provide a code snippet to manually integrate the function to non-Wordpress pages?
