nibb,

There is a objective referee... Its name is "wireshark".
Please make a capture of network traffic which will show the flow of the problematic call.
It will save a lot of time for reading and writing forum posts.

Please don't post it(wireshark capture) on the forum. It may contain private information.
Send this information only to the person you trust.

I hope we will find the source of problem

Thanks for your cooperation

Hi thank you. Are there commercial alternative to wireshark? I knew wireshark already but I was wondering if there is something better out (paid) that is even more robust.

Wireshark is an excellent tool -- I don't imagine what information you can get more with more 'robust' or 'paid' tool.

The address 127.0.0.1 means 3CX tunnel been used.

I second that, Wireshark for a free tool is amazing, you won't need anything more than that to figure out your problem.

Thanks,
Nate
